Having polled 2,023 respondents via an online survey over October and November, Travel Gay Asia and Gay Star News found Grindr was the most popular dating app amongst gay singles, with 74% of those asked saying they were on the app.Ĭoming in closely behind was Scruff (31%), Hornet (27%), Tinder (27%), Jack’d (24%) and Planet Romeo (23%).Īnd according to the poll, a whopping 86% of Scruff and Hornet users, 82% of those on Jack’d, 87% of Tinder users and 76% of people on Planet Romeo were also on Grindr.
